On August 4-5 of this year, a regional inter-sectoral industrial fair was held in the closed Manege “Chirchik chemical-industrial Technopark” in Chirchik, Tashkent region, organized in cooperation with the Ministry of investment and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Tashkent region and the Digital Transformation Center.

The opening ceremony was attended by the governor of Tashkent region Zoir Mirzayev, Deputy Minister of investment and foreign trade Olimkhan Rustamov, heads of industrial and financial companies, entrepreneurs, businessmen and media representatives.

The Fair was attended by more than 1932, including 284 grid and 1648 territorial production enterprises, demonstrated metallurgy, chemical industry, electricity, electrical engineering products, production of building materials and agricultural machinery.

In the framework of the fair, 859 cooperation agreements were concluded with a total of 521.9 billion soums through the Electronic cooperation portal of the Digital Transformation Center, as well as 30 memoranda of 99.2 billion soums between small businesses and private businesses expressing a desire to produce import substitutes.

It should be noted that such measures carried out positively affect the industrial sphere of our country, promoting the creation of jobs, improving the processing of raw materials, establishing the production of new types of products, finding a market for the products of small business entities, especially newly established enterprises.
